CON 1000 & RES 1000 1/4 DIN Conductivity & Resisitivity Controllers

These 1/4 DIN conductivity and resistivity controllers feature high ±0.5% full-scale accuracy! 0 to 2000 second selectable time delay and adjustable set point hysteresis bands lets you tailor relay action to meet your control needs.

Each unit is selectable for isolated 0-20 or 4-20 mA transmitter/recorder output; 110 or 220 Vac; normally open or closed relays; and manual or automatic temperature compensation (ATC). Manual relay control is available from the front panel.

The IP54 rated front panel keypad is weather resistant. Includes mounting hardware; accepts cells with stripped ends and 100 or 1000 Pt RTD ATC elements.

Control Features:

  • Automatic on/off control with ±0.5% full-scale accuracy
  • Two set point, two SPDT relay operation for low/high, high/low, low/low, or high/high control
  • Separate alarm relay alerts you to set point exceeded for a specific length of time or a failed temperature sensor
  • 0 to 2000 second time delay adjustment on all relays
  • Separately adjustable high and low set point hysteresis bands prevent rapid contact switching near the set points
  • Hold feature lets you connect the flow or level switch to protect your pumps or have temporary shutdown

Advanced Functions:

  • Push button one-point calibration
  • Two level password protection prevents tampering
  • Adjustable temperature coefficient from 0.00 to 10.00% per °C; choice of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 or 10.0 cell constants
  • Selectable ultrapure water curve for better accuracy in nonlinear resistivity applications
