Continuous Level Transducers

These transducers combine the accuracy and reliability of reed switch technology with a level indication interface that can match your need for continuous level monitoring at an affordable price.  Mount vertically in a tank.  A single magnet-containing float travels the length of the sensing range.  The evenly spaced reed switches are magnetically actuated as the float moves with the liquid level. DC power is supplied to the switch and the output signal can then be routed to PLCs, microprocessors, or other readout devices.

Resolution options of 5mm and 10mm provide different price points for consideration.  Lengths available up to 96”.  All models are suitable for petroleum-based liquid applications in addition to many other liquids with low- to mid-range viscosity.

All models carry CE approval.  Model C3975 is also ABS approved.  Other approvals are available, please consult factory.
